5v5 = goalkeeper with 4 field players Field size: ~30 x 50 Penalty Spot: 8 yards Duration: 4 -10 minute quarters |
No heading, no punting and no offsides.
Inbounding: pass or dribble in. Defenders must be 5 yards away from inbounding ball. |
