Who is nextup?

Pearland Soccer introduces our new academy program to provide a higher level of development in the Pearland community. The program is a 4 year journey for players U9 to U12.

Those enrolled experience an accelerated program based on the modern TOVO Methodology. Each exercise within our training portfolio is designed to help players find solutions to the challenges presented by their opponents. There is an emphasis on technical skills - ball mastery and decision making in context and being prepared to play in a fun, dynamic, possession based style of play.

Accelerated 4-year academy program for U9 through U12 boys and girls with competitive high-level training sessions offered 3 days a week

Cohesive curriculum focused on ball mastery, decision making in context, confidence and creativity in 1v1 situations and a fun, dynamic style of play

Experienced full-time player development staff specialized in coaching at the foundation phases

Develop high level individual players for four years utilizing the Pearland Soccer Player Development Framework, Methods and Philosophy
Develop players by training in context to accelerate pattern recognition and good decision making
Provide competitive, demanding and insightful training environment underpinned by joy and fun engaging activities

Support the player outside of the training environment with soccer at home
Encourage an individual development mindset to master the ball
Stay engaged with the club’s individual practice (Skill Builder) assignments and ensure the player completes and exceeds
