Super U8 Sunday league supplements young player's R-League soccer experience with technical and tactical training and competition among players similarly skilled. See dates for training and games below.
Next steps from Super U8 is our NextUp Academy & Select Team Play in Houston Youth Soccer Association 7v7 U9.
This fall season we have partnered with International Pro-Coach Isac Doru to lead the group training. He will be assisted by a group of fully licensed and qualified Pearland Soccer professional coaches.
Super U8 training group is supplemental to our recreational league and offers extended training sessions by professional coaches that focus on positional shape and tactical awareness in a 4v4 & 5v5 setup (1 keeper and 4 field players). This format is ideal for teaching the fundamental "diamond" shape for offensive possession play.
