Pre-MLS Pathway
By invitation only, pre-MLS is our pathway for advanced players wanting to train to reach the highest level of youth soccer in the USA. The Club identifies strong U8 players from our Rec league to supplement their recreational soccer and compete in our fall Super U8 league and progress to our Super U8 pre-MLS training group that starts in February.
The Super U8 pre-MLS training group is supplemental to our recreational league with extended training sessions that focuses on positional shape and tactical awareness in a 5v5 setup (1 keeper and 4 field players). This format is ideal for teaching the fundamental "diamond" shape for offensive possession play.
New players interested in evaluation for the pre-MLS training program: please register for the January 14th event.
January 14: Talent Discovery & Skill evaluation for NEW 2014, 2015, and super advanced 2016s.
Boys: 9-10:15 / Girls: 10:30-11:45 (please arrive 15 minutes early for checkin)

Pre-MLS Select Teams (U9 & U10) are formed from players chosen from our select tryouts held in May each year. Although not automatic, most pre-MLS training players are selected for a Select Team.
